Ms. Nivruti Rai, Managing Director and CEO of Invest India, participated in the Oslo Energy Forum (OEF) 2025, actively promoting India’s growth potential and highlighting investment opportunities for Norwegian enterprises. The OEF, a prestigious event bringing together global energy leaders, featured a keynote by Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre, who discussed the geopolitical challenges affecting energy policy and emphasized international collaboration for a fair energy transition.
Ms. Rai took part in a high-level panel titled “Bringing the World Along – Push or Pull from Finance and Industrial Sector,” where she addressed the role of finance and industry in advancing sustainable energy solutions. She emphasized the importance of connecting sustainable development projects in developing nations with available capital from developed countries.
In addition to her panel contributions, Ms. Rai engaged in networking sessions, bilateral meetings, and industry roundtables, extending a warm invitation to her interlocutors to invest in India.
