Tasks / topics:
- Concept development for features with a focus on the findability of articles and in the customer’s IOS / Android app, emphasis: search, filter and product list.
- Creation of wireframes and interactive high and low fidelity prototypes as a basis for user tests.
- Creation of final designs and support of the agile implementation as an interface to technical development (interaction design, visual design and also information architecture).
- Cooperation primarily with UX designers, but also directly in an agile team with product managers and developers.
What critical events / topics is the position holder confronted with?
- Topics have to be worked on in parallel for different agile teams.
- Elaborated solutions must be iteratively adapted / further developed (based on knowledge or technical framework conditions).
- Complex requirements must be filtered in a meaningful way and translated into a simple, understandable solution.
- Ability to use but also further develop existing patterns.
Project goal:
- Support of the UX design team in the area of discoverability in the form of concept development, prototyping and briefing
Must have:
- Completed degree with a focus on interaction design, information design,
- Communication design, graphic design or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the field of user experience design for web and mobile, ideally in the agency, consulting or for digital platforms
- High level of creativity and very good conceptual skills
- Experience with responsive design
- Experience with common tools and methods to convey ideas and concepts convincingly and tangibly (e.g. Sketch, InVision, Miro)
- Experience in e-commerce
- Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)
- Analytical skills and a quick grasp
- Pragmatic and independent way of working
