On 11 June 2025, a delegation from the National Defence College of India, led by Maj Gen Samarth Nagar, met with Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia, H.E. Mr. Mnatsakan Safaryan, and Ms. Anahit Karapetyan, Head of the Asia-Pacific Department. Ambassador Nilakshi S. Sinha was also present during the meeting.
The discussions focused on enhancing defence diplomacy, regional security cooperation, and deepening India-Armenia strategic engagements through institutional exchanges and capacity-building initiatives.
