BAJADE Delegation Meets Ambassador Manish Prabhat Ahead of Chhath Puja Celebrations in Denmark
A delegation from the Bihar and Jharkhand Association of Denmark (BAJADE), led by Dr. Prabhat Kumar, met Ambassador of India to Denmark, H.E. Manish Prabhat, to extend a formal invitation to the upcoming Chhath Puja celebrations, scheduled from 13–16 November 2026.
During the meeting, Ambassador Manish Prabhat expressed his gratitude for the invitation and appreciated BAJADE’s efforts to preserve and promote India’s rich cultural traditions among the Indian diaspora in Denmark.
The Ambassador encouraged the association to actively participate in various initiatives and events organised by the Government of India for the Indian diaspora, including Pravasi Bharatiya Divas (PBD) 2027.
The official poster for the upcoming Chhath Puja celebrations was also released during the meeting.
Ambassador Manish Prabhat extended his best wishes to BAJADE for the successful organisation of its forthcoming events. The association was also encouraged to share details of its activities with the Embassy of India for wider publicity and community outreach.
