Enhancing India–ICCROM Collaboration in Heritage Conservation
Shri Vivek Aggarwal, Secretary, Min Of Culture GoI, met Mrs. Aruna Gujral, Director-General of @ICCROM_Official, in Rome. He was accompanied by Ambassador Vani Rao and an official delegation from India.
The meeting focused on expanding cooperation between India and ICCROM in the areas of cultural heritage preservation, restoration, and museum management. Both sides discussed initiatives for capacity building, research exchange, and skill development to strengthen India’s expertise in conserving its rich and diverse heritage.
