India-EU Bilateral Cluster Meeting: Strengthening Strategic Partnerships

New Delhi, – External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar participated in the India-EU Bilateral Cluster Meeting, engaging in high-level discussions with key European Commissioners, including Sikela, Suica, Kos, and Brunner, alongside Indian ministers Kirti Vardhan Singh and Nityanand Rai.
The meeting focused on strengthening cooperation in critical areas such as connectivity, the India-Middle East-Europe Economic Corridor (IMEC), green and clean energy, mobility and talent exchange, security, and the evolving geopolitical landscape of the Mediterranean and EU expansion.
Discussions underscored the commitment of both India and the European Union to fostering deeper economic, technological, and strategic collaborations. The engagement reflects the growing convergence between India and the EU in addressing global challenges, promoting sustainable development, and enhancing trade and investment opportunities.
The India-EU partnership continues to evolve as a pillar of stability and progress in an increasingly complex global environment. This meeting reaffirmed the shared vision of both partners to enhance cooperation in key sectors and drive forward a sustainable and resilient global order.
