Shri Govind Sovale, President, Indo-Swiss Centre, who is promoting India actively in Switzerland, has been nominated as a Member of the Board of Trustees of the India Development Foundation of Overseas Indians (IDF-OI).
In this connection, the letter from Smt. Sushma Swaraj, Hon’ble External Affairs Minister of India, addressed to Shri Govind Sovale was handed over to him by Ms. Smita Purushottam, Ambassador of India to Switzerland on 16th August, 2017.
IDF-OI is a not-for-profit Trust set up by the Government of India in 2008 to facilitate philanthropy / contribution from Overseas Indians to social and development projects in India.
