First Indian carrom board tournament in poland

The First Indian Carrom Tournament in Poland was held on Sunday at the Embassy of India. The sporting event was organised by the Polish Carrom Association in partnership with the Embassy of India. Ambassador Ajay Bisaria inaugurated the tournament and thanked Ms. Paulina and Mr. Jakub of the Polish Carrom Association for promoting and bringing carrom to Poland.

The event was a grand success with over 37 participants from the Indian community. The youngest participant was a nine year old. Mr. Nitesh Sinha is the winner of the tournament. The second and the third prize went to Mr. Ajay Pal and Mr. Anil Kumar Saxena respectively. In the teen category, the first prize was awarded to Ms. Khushi Sinha. The best woman player was awarded to Ms. Sneha Pant.
