Family Sports Day Bremen 2022

Consul General John H. Ruolngul attended the Family Sports Day Bremen on 5 June 2022, organized by DIG Bremen Sports Club, together with TuS Komet Arsten e.V. in collaboration with CGI Hamburg, supported by Landessportbund Bremen (LSB) along with DOSB. Following a short introduction and welcome speech from Mr. Vivek Bhandari, Vice-President, DIG, Consul General highlighted the importance of sports and fitness. Around 100 persons including DIG members, the Indian Diaspora and other nationalities enjoyed the whole day programme that included an Introduction to Cricket and training session for beginners in batting, bowling and fielding, a friendly cricket match and badminton for all.
