Europeans Prefer Less to Travel Due to Ongoing Covid-19 Restrictions

The European Travel Commission (ETC) has published another report on tourism , called “Monitoring Sentiment for Domestic and Intra-European Travel – Wave 10”, which shows that toward the start of 2021, head out restrictions in response of the outbreak of the Omicron variation have contrarily impacted the ability and want of Europeans to travel.
In an official statement gave on February 10, the ETC uncovered that Europeans’ general expectation to travel stays more grounded than a year prior (54%), yet it has diminished by 61% contrasted with the late spring of 2021.
