Hiring of Local Teachers in Yoga and Kathak Dance
The Embassy of India in Warsaw invites applications from qualified and experienced individuals for the temporary and contractual positions of Local Teachers in the fields of Yoga and Kathak Dance. The initial contract will be for one year, extendable up to three years based on performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Nationality: Applicants must either be citizens of the host country or NRIs with a valid work permit.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and the local language is required.
- Educational Qualifications:
- A 3-year degree in the relevant field with 3 years of teaching/practical experience, or
- A 2-year diploma/certificate or equivalent training in the relevant field with at least 2 years of training from a reputed institution/Guru, plus 4 years of professional experience.
- Subject Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Indian history, philosophy, and traditions related to music, dance, and art is essential.
Age Limit:
Applicants should be between 25 and 50 years of age.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly training classes for students across various age groups.
- Support the Embassy’s cultural outreach initiatives, including performances, workshops, and masterclasses at different venues.
- Indicate the expected remuneration per hour for conducting training sessions (up to 12 sessions per month) in the CV.
