The Consulate General of India, Munich, is pleased to announce the organisation of a Consular Camp in Mannheim on Sunday, 18 October 2026, as part of its initiative, “Consulate at Your Doorstep.”
This initiative aims to bring essential consular services closer to the Indian community, providing a convenient opportunity for residents to submit applications, seek guidance and receive clarification on various consular matters.

During the camp, applicants will have the opportunity to:

📋 Important Guidelines for Applicants
🔹 Original Documents: Applicants must bring all original documents required for their respective applications. Verification of original documents is mandatory before applications can be accepted.
🔹 OCI Applications for Minors: Either parent must bring the original documents of the other parent when submitting an OCI application for a minor.
🔹 Payment Instructions: Cash payments will not be accepted at the camp. Fees may be paid through bank transfer to the Consulate General of India, Munich, and the payment receipt must be attached to the application.
🔹 Complete Applications: Applicants are advised to consult the Consulate’s official website for detailed document checklists and ensure that all required documents are submitted. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
