At the upcoming Ministerial meeting, Shri Piyush Goyal suggested establishing a startup bridge between the two countries during the India-Norway Business Forum, which was arranged by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in partnership with DPIIT and Innovation Norway. The event, which took place in Mumbai on December 8, 2024, brought together stakeholders, business executives, and officials to talk about strengthening trade and investment relations. H.E. Ms. Cecilie Terese Myrseth and Shri Piyush Goyal spoke during the roundtable, which centered on promoting the EFTA TEPA agreement and helping businesses.
