Traditional Indian handicrafts are well known for their intricate patterns, colourful creativity and master craftsmanship. This is our effort to project the rich culture of India.
As part of International Year of Millets, a ‘Millets Special Menu’ was part of our celebration to spread awareness about millets. Delicious dishes made out of millets such as millets Kofta, millets pulav and millets halwa caught attention of the audience. It will be our endeavour to present new dishes and inform about health benefits of millets as part of our year-long drive for popularization of millets.
