The Embassy of India in Lisbon proudly commemorated the 99th birth anniversary of the iconic artist Mario Miranda in collaboration with the vibrant Goa, Daman, and Diu community of Portugal.

Held at the Consular Hall, the event was enriched by the presence of Mario Miranda’s family members and featured an engaging celebration of Goan culture, including a lively musical performance and the screening of the documentary The World of Mario.

Celebrated by both the Governments of India and Portugal, Mario Miranda’s enduring legacy continues to bridge cultures and inspire generations.
