Around 7000 Indians returned from Ukraine through special flights

India has mounted a gigantic salvage activity named ‘Operation Ganga’ to bring back Indian residents abandoned in Ukraine. Indian Airlines are placing their assets in quicker clearing process. Four Union Ministers-Hardeep Singh Puri, Jyotiraditya M Scindia, Kiren Rijiju and Gen (Retd) V.K. Singh have gone to nations abutting Ukraine to help and direct these activities. Indian Civilian planes as well as Indian Air Force planes are routinely bringing back abandoned Indian understudies .which started on 22nd February, has brought back north around 7000 people up to this point, including 2185 people coming today through 10 exceptional regular citizen flights. The present flights included 5 from Bucharest, 2 from Budapest, 1 from Kosice, and 2 from Rzeszow by Civilian aircrafts.

Moreover, 3 IAF flights are bringing more Indians today between 11 pm on March 3 and early morning of March 4. Four IAF flights have as of now brought 798 Indian nationals between 12 PM of March 2 and early morning of March 3.

The quantity of non military personnel flights is be increased further, and in excess of 7400 people are relied upon to be brought through extraordinary trips in next two days. 3500 people are relied upon to be brought back tomorrow and more than 3900 on fifth March.
