Ambassador Dr. B. Bala Bhaskar and his spouse Mrs. Kavitha Bhaskar participated in the turban day festival celebrated on the occasion of vaisakhi on 15th April. This is an iconic event, oraganised by the sikh community in Norway since 2010 and widely celebrated by the Indian diaspora and Norwegians here.
