Ambassador Acquino Vimal took part in a special program hosted by the Art of Living Norway at the Nobel Peace Center on World Meditation Day. Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar led a virtual meditation session throughout the event, highlighting the value of meditation for mental health. In order to promote both individual mental health and world peace, the session urged everyone to meditate for at least 15 to 20 minutes every day. More than 60 Art of Living Norway supporters from all over the nation attended the event, which closed with members of the organization playing beautiful bhajans. Other notable guests were also present.
