Ambassador @prkundal warmly received the visiting @nasscom delegation, accompanied by senior representatives from leading Indian information technology companies, at @IndiainPortugal. The delegation is in Lisbon to participate in the prestigious @WebSummit, one of the world’s largest technology conferences bringing together innovators, entrepreneurs, and policymakers from across the globe.
During the meeting, both sides discussed emerging opportunities for collaboration in the digital and technology sectors, including areas such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital public infrastructure, and innovation ecosystems. They also exchanged views on enhancing startup linkages, skill partnerships, and investment cooperation between India and Portugal.
As India and Portugal celebrate 50 years of diplomatic relations, the interaction reflected the growing convergence in their digital ambitions and commitment to fostering a strong technology partnership for a shared, innovative future.
