On the solemn occasion of Veer Bal Diwas, Consul General Lavanya Kumar, along with Consul Atul Chauhan and Vice Consul Bikramjit Gill, visited Gurdwara Kalgidhar Sahib on 26 December 2025.
They paid homage to the supreme sacrifices of the Sahibzade, offered prayers, and reflected on their unmatched courage and devotion. The delegation also interacted with members of the Indian community, sharing updates on initiatives undertaken by the Consulate to strengthen consular services and promote community welfare.
Observed every year on 26 December, Veer Bal Diwas commemorates the martyrdom of the sons of Guru Gobind Singh Ji — Sahibzada Ajit Singh Ji, Sahibzada Jujhar Singh Ji, Sahibzada Zorawar Singh Ji and Sahibzada Fateh Singh Ji — eternal symbols of bravery whose legacy continues to inspire generations.
