Today, HOM Piotr A. Świtalski met with a group of young Polish athletes who will proudly represent Poland at the 36th Speedball World Championship, taking place from 1–4 November 2025 in New Delhi, India.
During the meeting, Ambassador Świtalski congratulated the team on their selection and extended his best wishes for their upcoming participation in the championship. He encouraged the athletes to perform with passion, discipline, and sportsmanship, highlighting how such international sporting events strengthen friendship and understanding between nations.
The discussion also touched upon India’s growing prominence as a global sports destination and the opportunities such tournaments create for cultural exchange. The Ambassador expressed confidence that the Polish team’s participation will further deepen the people-to-people ties between Poland and India.
