Today, former Vice President of the Republic of Guatemala, H.E. Mr. Cesar Guillermo Castillo Reyes , met President, India International Centre – Official & and former Foreign Secretary , Shri Shyam Saran in Delhi, today.
The meeting was followed by insightful session delivered by the former Vice President of Guatemala on ‘Indian Democracy as a Role Model for Strengthening Democracy in Central American Countries, particularly Guatemala’.
