Embassy of India, Oslo on behalf of Ministry of Education, GoI is delighted to announce the initiation of the SPARC (Scheme for Promotion of Academic & Research Collaboration), Phase – III Program. The scheme is aligned to “Strengthening research and promoting innovation through richer collaboration in education and training” and invites proposals in twelve areas of National Priority such as Advanced Computing, Semiconductors, Rare Earth & Critical Minerals, Agri & Food Tech, Health Care, Energy & Sustainability, Advanced Communication, Manufacturing, and so on.
