We were pleased to have Annu as our Ambassador for a Day Denmark on the occasion of International Day of the Girl Child.
As the Ambassador for a Day, she shared her vision about girl rights and gender based in equalities.
During her visit at the Embassy, Annu interacted with the Embassy staff who briefed Annu about their work.
Our Ambassador for a Day Annu also attended an insightful meeting on Women Empowerment at UNFPA headquarters in New Delhi.
The meeting was also attended by other Ambassadors for a Day from Finnish and Norwegian Embassy, who were part of this campaign.
After the meeting at UNFPA, Annu hosted fellow Ambassadors for a Day from Finnish and Norwegian Embassy for an official lunch at the Residence of the Danish Ambassador.
Overall, it was an enriching and memorable experience for Annu
