Sweden Ends All COVID-19 Entry Restrictions for Arrivals from European Member States and Schengen Area

Travellers from the European Member States and Schengen Area will be able to travel freely to Sweden, as today, the entry requirements forced because of COVID-19 have been formally lifted.
As indicated by an official statement gave by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Justice, travellers, despite the vaccination status, can enter Sweden without being expected to give a pre-flight or post-appearance COVID-19 test
However, this choice doesn’t influence travellers from third nations, implying that they need to give a recovery certificate or negative test result conducted 72 hours after departure. The necessity to introduce a valid EU Digital COVID Certificate applies to all people beyond 18 years old.
