Today: A young man who went to Germany for higher studies has died under suspicious circumstances for ten days. The relatives are profoundly disheartened that the body has not been localized up until now. Delving into subtleties . Katta Vinaykumar (27) from Karwan Subjimandi went to Germany in 2016 to read for Masters.
