Registration for travel to India from France (Phase IV and above)
- 1. An auto-generated Google form acknowledgement, received immediately after form submission, needs to be presented at the airport digitally or physically. (We are not sending separate confirmation email any more)
- Pl download Undertaking-cum-Indemnity bond from the following link which needs to be filled at presented at the time of boarding: (Foreign Passport holders may strikoff int the same form and write their details accordingly)

- No rectification is allowed after form submission, in such cases pl refill the form.
- All those who have registered before 18th July need to re-register again.
