Travel advisory for India
If you are travelling to any city of India, please take a print out of this form and fill it up as you might encounter long queues just to get this form. And immigration does not let you pass till you hand over this form to them.
Each person needs two copies of this form. One to be submitted at coronovirus health screening place before immigration along with your boarding pass(for stamping). Second one to be submitted at immigration along with health screening cleared stamp on boarding pass.
. Please feel free to share this message and the form with those who are travelling back to India from abroad.
