yellow card
The medical coverage card is documentation that you are qualified for the administrations offered under the public health care coverage plot.In Danish – “sundhedskort”
The medical coverage card is given when you register for a CPR number with Citizen Service in your district or in one of the International Citizen Service focuses.
Roughly half a month after you have enrolled for your CPR-number, your public health care coverage card will be shipped off your Danish location. The card will show your name and address, your CPR number and the name and address of your PCP (general practioner).
We suggest that you generally convey the yellow health care coverage card with you as it is required at whatever point you need to see a specialist, a dental specialist or go to clinic – or when you need to take out books from the library.
