On 23 February 2026, the University of Milan marked World Hindi Day with vibrant celebrations, including an engaging Hindi quiz competition on words and proverbs. Students enthusiastically participated and even shared videos of themselves practicing Hindi with Indian tourists in Milan — a wonderful display of cultural connection!
On behalf of the Consulate, Mr. Atul Chauhan, Consul for Student Affairs, distributed cash prizes to the winners and congratulated them. He highlighted the importance of Hindi as a gateway to discovering India’s rich culture and heritage.
