2 lakh on a one way economy ticket!!!! What abuse to us citizens from other countrues stranded here. We also lost incone..we also suffering being away frim fas mily since march. This is abuse the high charges and tsking advantage of this tragedy.
My son was to travel on 30-05-2020 from Birmingham to Mumbai by Air India flight . He did not travel due to lockdown. Now he booked another ticket on 10-06-2020 for 17-06-2020. He had to pay the full amount of the fare. Why did Air India not adjust the amount ? . How can he claim the refund ? Any suggestions ?
