Join us to celebrate the International Day of Yoga session at Suomenlinna fortress in Helsinki!
The International Day of Yoga has been celebrated annually on 21 June since 2015, following its inception in the United Nations General Assembly in 2014. This year Finland has been identified as one of the locations in the world from where live feed would be sourced for the Global Yoga Ring. The Global Yoga Ring envisages live telecast of Yoga sessions at iconic locations, progressively from east to west across the world.
The session will be conducted by the experienced yoga instructor Eva Aminoff, a long-time instructor at Art of Living Finland.
The class is free and beginner-friendly. Remember to bring your own yoga mat! Instruction is in English with key instructions in Finnish, if necessary.
There will be a limited number of free Yoga Day-themed T-shirts distributed at the event, and light refreshments afterward.

PLEASE NOTE: All the participants assembling at 7:00 AM at the Kaupatori will get free RETURN tickets to Suomenlinna.
