On November 16, 2024, Indian students enrolled in several universities in and around Aalborg participated in a student meet event hosted by EOI, Copenhagen in Aalborg. The students were briefed by the Embassy Team, who also answered their questions about education, consular matters, and other matters.

In Aalborg, there was also a Consular Camp & Open House for members of the Indian diaspora. Members of the diaspora received consular services, and the Embassy team answered a variety of consular and other questions. Additionally, the EOI Team encouraged the community to take part in upcoming activities such as the BKJ Quiz and PBD2025.
