The India-Germany Business Roundtable, held on February 19, 2025, at the Consulate, brought together 20 prominent business leaders from various industries to explore India’s potential as a prime destination for German investments.
Consul General Mr. B. S. Mubarak welcomed the participants and provided an overview of India’s impressive economic growth and the wide range of investment opportunities available across different sectors.
During the event, participants shared their experiences of doing business in India, discussing the strengths of the market as well as areas where improvements could be made. Several investors announced plans to lead business delegations to India, with the Consulate offering its support to help connect them with relevant stakeholders and authorities for a successful trip.
Senior representatives from Indian banks, including SBI and ICICI, were also present and extended their services to German companies looking to expand into the Indian market.
