The city of Bonn joined Amrit Mahotsav commemoration as the Indian Association in Bonn celebrated independenceday2022 with an impressive cultural performance in addition to hoisting of Indian Tricolour and an interesting Quiz about India’s freedom struggle.
The esrtwhile Lord Mayor of Bonn, Mr Ashok Sridharan presided over the event. In his remarks, Mr Sridharan recalled his roots in India and highlighted India’s democratic values as well as rich culture & traditions. Consul General thanked the members of the Indian Association Bonn under the leadership of Shri Yogesh Nama for their continued efforts to promote and preserve Indian culture and traditions.
