Ambassador Addresses 27th Armed Forces Staff Course at CESEDEN, Spain 🇪🇸
The Ambassador addressed the 27th Armed Forces Staff Course at the Centre for National Defence Studies (CESEDEN), Ministry of Defence of Spain, and also met Lieutenant General Miguel Ballenilla, Director of the Academy.
