Consul General B.S. Mubarak met with Hon’ble Katja Dörner, Lord Mayor of Bonn and exchanged ideas on potential collaboration between Indian IT industry and Stadt Bonn – a leading center for cyber security in Germany.
CG Mubarak also shared an overview of outcome of India’s G20 Presidency with the theme of vasudhaivakutumbakam or “One Earth, One Family, One Future” – a global roadmap for sustainabledevelopment matching to the true spirit of vibrant and cosmopolitan UNCity Bonn.
Former German capital Bonn is also home to the secretariat of UNFCCC and UN Convention to Combat Desertification. Also, University of Bonn has many Indian students strengthening cultural ties and people to people connect between India and Germany.
