Ambassador Ajit Gupte led the officers and officials of India in Germany (Embassy of India, Berlin) in reading the Preamble to the Constitution of India, followed by a floral tribute to Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, the principal architect of our Constitution.
The commemoration reflected our collective resolve to uphold and protect the constitutional values of justice, liberty, equality and fraternity.
