The Indian delegation, led by Sh. R. P. Singh, Joint Secretary, Department of Pharmaceuticals (Medical Device Division), Government of India, and Mr. Marius J. Berlemann, CEO, Messe Düsseldorf, joined Consul General Mr. Mubarak Bawa Syed and the commerce team at the 2024 edition of MEDICA – Leading International Trade Fair in Messe Düsseldorf , which is taking place from November 11–14, 2024.
When it comes to medical technology, diagnostic imaging, health IT, laboratory equipment, diagnostics, physiotherapy equipment, and medical disposables and consumables, MEDICA is the world’s premier trade show. It draws thousands of tourists every year from all around the world.
Interactions between the Consul General and Sh. R.P. Singh, Joint Secretary, and the exhibitors of various contemporary medical devices and consumables demonstrated India’s strength in producing dependable, high-quality laboratory items and medical devices globally.
Under the auspices of the Association of Indian Medical Device Industry (AIMED) and the Export Promotion Council for Medical Devices (EPCMD), around 156 Indian exhibitors are taking part in this year’s show in the India Pavilion.
