MALTA STUDY VISA REGISTRATION CHECKLIST:
Application Form:
- Completed Application Form. Signed by applicant.
- Two recent passport-size photographs in color on a white background (3.5cmx4.5cm). The photographs should not be stapled to the Application Form.
Study proof:
- Proof of enrollment
- Leave approval letter from school or university
- One (1) photocopy of the applicant’s entire passport
- Originals and 1 copy of the Educational Certificates
- Proof of payment of the university Tuition fee.
Passport/Travel document:
- Must be valid for at least three months from the date of your intended stay.
- Must have been issued within the last 10 years. Validity must not exceed 10 year.
- At least 2 blank pages
- Overseas Travel Medical Insurance is valid for all Schengen Countries. The applicant must be insured for at least 30,000 euros or its equivalent.
- Original Letter of Acceptance from Malta’s educational institution stating course dates, cost, duration, & title, contact hours per week, amount of credits, whether applicant has been interviewed for the course, and monthly rent and address, if accommodation provided.
Proof of Accommodation: For your entire stay in Malta and also Proof of sufficient funds to cover all your expenses.
