Live postion in Germany : computer hardware and networking engineer
Rate : £230 daily
Location – Frankfurt
Duration -3 Months (can be extending to 9 months.
Location – 1st preference is Frankfurt 2Nd preference is Berlin
Travelling – 30% of the job – Traveling allowance to be paid as per company policies
· IT Service Management (ITSM) / IT Service Request Management (ITSR) knowledge – IT Data Centre & Project Operations Hardware & Software Support-Analysis, Investigation and Resolution of Tickets and Service Request in Service Now
· ITSM / ITSR – Desktop Operating Systems and associated applications
· ITSM / ITSR -Meeting Room Audio Visual / Video Conferencing hardware and operational support
· Asset Management: IT Hardware (desktop, laptop, iPad, Surface, MacBook, tablets, Docking Stations, Monitors, keyboards, mice, wired & wireless headsets and other IT accessories etc.) and mobile phones
· Office 365 Support, Mobile Phone Support(MDM)
· Skype for Business (S4B), Microsoft TEAM softphone and Polycom phones
o Windows Server , Windows AD configuration and management
· Good technical skill in the field of computer hardware and networking
· German and English language skills
· Travel ready within Germany to different offices.
· Have proper authorization of work in Germany
