☀️ During the Helló Margit! Festival, you loved the yoga sessions so much that, this time, with the collaboration of yoga studios in the Margit Quarter and the Indian Cultural Centre, we are bringing you a full-day celebration for the International Day of Yoga on June 21st at Mechwart Liget! ✨

All sessions are free!

🤸‍♂️ Come and move your body, energize yourself in the beautiful, bird-chirping environment of Mechwart Liget, by the soothing sound of the fountain.

What to expect:

☀️ 8:00–8:45 AM — Sun Salutation session with Gyöngyi, founder of Mantra Yoga Studio

☀️ 9:00–10:20 AM — Art in Relax with Gabriella Hámori. The first part includes a Hatha yoga session with yin elements, followed by a deep relaxation session with crystal bowls and poetic elements.

☀️ 11:00 AM–12:00 PM — Yoga Protocol with yoga postures, pranayama breathing exercises, and meditation, offered by the Embassy of India (session will be conducted in both English and Hungarian).

🌛 6:00–6:45 PM — Dynamic vinyasa flow yoga based on Hatha, brought to you by Girls Do Yoga

🌛 7:00–7:45 PM — Hatha yoga and nervous system harmonization session with Zsuzsi Kardos from JÓGA21 Yoga Studio

All sessions can be attended individually, they are free of charge, and no prior registration is required.

Please bring your own yoga mat!
