Celebrating Womanhood Through the Art of Kathak

The Embassy of India, Brussels hosted Women Speak — a captivating Kathak dance performance led by celebrated artists Shila Mehta and Maya Sapera, honouring the grace, strength and resilience of women through the power of storytelling in classical dance.

In his opening remarks, Ambassador Saurabh Kumar highlighted the important role that classical dance forms like Kathak play in fostering a deeper cultural connection with India, especially with the meaningful participation of Belgian artists in the ensemble.
