International Yoga Day in sweden

The main objective of International Yoga Day (Yoga Diwas) is to raise awareness about Yoga and to make people aware of the benefits achieved through yoga. Yoga is an invaluable gift of India’s ancient tradition. It is not about exercise but to discover the sense of oneness with yourself, the world and nature. Along with Yoga, we will also have a Bhangra workshop. Bhangra dance works like a stress and tension buster. Let us celebrate and cherish this tradition for the betterment of yourself and society.
