India Iceland Cultural Exchange Through Literature

India–Iceland Cultural Connect

On 12 December, the Embassy of India presented Amar Chitra Katha comics — Mahabharat, Tenali Raman, and Mahatma Gandhi — translated into the Icelandic language to the National and University Library of Iceland.

This meaningful gesture strengthens cultural exchange and people-to-people ties, making India’s timeless stories and values accessible to a wider Icelandic audience.
