Historic Danish victory at Tour de France 2022
Congratulation to Jonas Vingegaard that has won Tour de France, the most prestigious bicycle race in the world
Three weeks ago the Tour started with it’s first three stages in Denmark and since then the Danish participants have had great success: Jonas Vingegaards is the overall winner, both Mads Pedersen and Magnus Cort won a stage, and Magnus Cort also had the red dotted ‘the King of the Mountains’ jersey for several days
On Wednesday, Denmark will gather at the City Hall Square in Copenhagen and welcome home Jonas Vingegaard and no doubt there will be joyous festivities on the streets
