High Commissioner Mr. Manish attended the 13th Cyprus International Investment Awards held in Nicosia, an event organized by Invest Cyprus – CIPA to honour international investors and companies contributing to Cyprus’s ongoing economic transformation.
The well-attended ceremony featured H.E. Nikos Christodoulides, President of the Republic of Cyprus, as the Chief Guest and keynote speaker. Other notable speakers included Evgenios Evgeniou, Chairman of Invest Cyprus; Philippos Savvides, CEO of PwC Cyprus; and George Michael, Co-founder and CEO of IMH.
A key highlight of the evening was the President’s reference to recent positive developments in India–Cyprus relations, following the visit of Indian Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. The strengthening economic partnership between the two nations was prominently featured both in the President’s remarks and in the new promotional video released by Invest Cyprus.
On the sidelines of the event, the High Commissioner engaged with President Christodoulides and other dignitaries, reaffirming the growing ties between India and Cyprus. The evening marked a strong affirmation that the real winner of the night was the evolving India–Cyprus economic partnership. 🇮🇳🤝🇨🇾
