The event was in accordance with the recently signed India-UK Technology and Security Initiative, according to HC Vikram Doraiswami, who also stated that it is critical to identify ongoing research and innovation between Indian and UK universities and to provide a catalyst for their commercialization.
This is a new project by @hcilondon and UUKIBC to map the ongoing research and collaboration between the United Kingdom and India. Some of these collaborations and studies were highlighted in the Together for Tomorrow report that UKIBC presented.
