1. Room1 is 14sqm , Room 2 is 16sqm.
2. Both rooms are located on ground floor and shares toilet and bathroom.
2. Both rooms have a double bed with mattress, almirah ,computer table +chair , Fridge,250 Mbps Internet
3. Boarding house is situated in 9th ring , 3 min walk from S bahn station Neufahrn (S1 Line), 8 min from munich airport, 31 min from Munich central station
4. Shared Kitchen, wash machine, Dryer.
5. Warm Rent for single occupancy is 600€ per month per room .
6. One time Kaution of 1000€ . Which youll get back when you will leave and if room is undamaged .
7. Contract and Address registeration(KVR) will be given.
8. One parking space per room is available
9. Rewe , Penny, Indian grocery store within 10min walk
10. TSV neufahrn(sports complex) , Indoor swimmming pool, FC Neufahrn ,outdoor lake withing 10min walk
