Conference on “Dharma and Power: Relevance of the Bhagavad Gītā in Today’s World”
The Embassy of India in Spain, in collaboration with the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM), is organising a conference on the theme “Dharma and Power: Relevance of the Bhagavad Gītā in Today’s World” on the occasion of International Gita Mahotsav 2025.

The event will begin with a welcome address by Prof. Ricardo Parellada, followed by opening remarks from H.E. Shri Jayant N. Khobragade, Ambassador of India to Spain. Distinguished scholars will then present their insights on the relevance of the Bhagavad Gītā in today’s world, exploring its teachings on duty, ethics, and leadership.
